Disheartening experience with room assignments!!! Miscommunication could be addressed better, especially regarding charges for water that seemed complimentary!!! A potential improvement on hot water consistency would also be appreciated!!!

I stayed for 4 nights in a sea view room. The location is awesome, close to the beach. But the food was kinda lacking. it was the same every day, and they didn’t offer much variety. they never refilled our water during breakfast. Nice to chill by the bar though.

The staff were fantastic, especially Mustafa in the restaurant, always full of smiles. Our room had a lovely sea view with a nice balcony. Plus, the dinner options were diverse and delicious, perfect after a day out exploring.

My kids wished for a better pool area.

i loved my stay at heritage by cimen. it’s just a 10-minute walk from the port and castle, which is super convenient. the water pressure was fantastic, and my room was cozy with a kettle and a balcony that had a nice view. excellent breakfast too!
